Try these friendly, practical fixes when the app is acting up. Most issues take just a few minutes to sort out.

App crashing, not loading, or freezing?
Go in order and check the app after each step. You can stop as soon as everything is working again.

Clear the app cache: open Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications, choose the E.G.O. TV app, and select Clear Cache. Then select Clear Data.

Restart Fire TV: on your remote, hold Select and Play/Pause together for about 10 seconds.

Uninstall and reinstall the E.G.O. TV app if it still crashes, will not load, or keeps freezing.

Try a soft reset: unplug the Fire Stick for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in and open the app again.
Quick fix
No sound?

Check that your TV or remote is not muted, and turn the volume up a little to test it.

Refresh the channel by using the up or down channel buttons on your remote.

Restart the stream, or close and reopen the E.G.O. TV app.

Physically reset the Fire TV Stick by unplugging it for about 10 seconds, then plugging it back in.
Quick fix
Blank screen or no video?
01
Power cycle the Fire TV Stick: unplug it, wait about 10 seconds, and plug it back in.

Verify that your TV is set to the correct HDMI input — the one your Fire TV Stick is plugged into.

Remove the HDMI cable or extender and plug the Fire TV Stick directly into the TV, then try again.
